Refund and return policy for the website


Sales of all products at are final and not eligible for returns. If you received a product that was damaged, please contact Emily via the contact form on this site. Products damaged by shipment or production will be replaced at no charge to the customer.


No refunds are offered for products at If you are a subscription customer, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the My Account page.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not provide exchanges.

Shipping returns

You will not be asked to ship any returns. If we replace a damaged product, you are allowed to keep the defective product in addition to your replacement.
